Use this page to tell us about counterfeit product, misuse of the Motto brand, or a security problem with this site. Everything below reaches info@mottousa.com, monitored Monday to Friday, 9–5 Central. Urgent matters: 214-681-8417.

Counterfeit or tampered product

If you have been offered goods sold as Motto that you believe are counterfeit, repackaged or tampered with, tell us where you saw them, who is offering them, and the price. Photographs of the packaging and any barcode help most. Counterfeit charging accessories are a genuine safety issue, not only a trademark one.

Brand and listing misuse

Report use of the Motto name, logo or product photography by a seller who is not an authorised partner, or a marketplace listing that misrepresents our products.

Security problems

If you have found a vulnerability in this site, email info@mottousa.com with the subject line SECURITY and enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it public. Do not access, alter or download other people's account data, and do not run tests that degrade the service for others. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow this and act in good faith.

Misuse of a partner account

If you believe someone is using your account, or that an account is being used to obtain pricing they are not entitled to, contact us immediately and we will suspend access while we investigate.

What to include

• What you saw and where, with links or photographs.
• Dates, and the order number if there is one.
• How to reach you. Anonymous reports are accepted but are harder to act on.

We acknowledge reports within one business day. We do not always share the outcome, because investigations can involve other parties.
